We got these baby turtles about two months ago and my daughter really loves them. But unfortunately I gave them away today (and she still doesn't quite know, I'm such a mean mom). They were too stinky and dirty and I didn't expect that when I bought them. How could a cute LITTLE thing be so yucky. I don't know, maybe we'll get some fish next, maybe they won't be so bad.

Rachel, It is fun to see everyone's pictures etc. Don't feel bad about the turtles, at least you tried. Jared hates pets, and tells the kids that they can have a horse on the ranch up in Wyoming...if Breilyn feels bad just tell her that she has a horse up their too!

I am thinking the same thing about my hamster. Poor thing, the kids beg for me to take him out of his cage but I would rather not even touch him. It's just one more responsibility I don't want to deal with. Though, your turtles were pretty cute.
Oh you are so mean, no I would do the same thing, Curt's been begging me to get a fish for Presley but they just die quickly. A dog will do it for us. Breilyn is so cute!

Hi Rachel!! It's Lindsay! We haven't seen you guys in such a long time! I can't believe how big Breilyn is! And you are just as beautiful as ever! We should get together sometime. We're still here just hanging out!!
Rachel! I haven't seen you for forever. Breilyn is SO CUTE!!! We got Tate a bunny (P.J. Funnybunny) to keep in the backyard in a cage when he was 3 and the "bug-man" was spraying the backyard and got the cage and it died. I think we had the rabbit maybe 10 days. It was sad but perfect amount of time. The kids have been asking for something. I'm thinking fish might be a good idea too. Have fun!
