Mexico 3x in a year

After our Rocky Point trip in May we were able to go back to Mexico two more times. In July we went with a group of friends to the Matsons' parents house and it's about an hour out of Rocky Point. Their place was so nice. It had three levels and I think 6 bedrooms. It was huge, so we all had our own room. We were right on the beach, so it was such a beautiful site. There were dolphins every morning, and some of the guys went kayaking early one morning and Gavin said they were just surrounded by dolphins. He could almost touch them. We had rhinos to drive up and down the beach and fireworks and potato guns for fun. We even caught about 12 crabs one night and cooked one of them. But my friend Rachael and I were the only brave ones to actually try the meat. Believe it or not, it was not bad. So here's a BIG thanks to Danny and Jessica for the invite, we had so much fun.

Then in Novemeber we went to a resort in Mazatlan from our time share. It was just Gavin, me and my mom this time. But it just so happened to be their birthdays too, (they share the same birthday), so I'd say they had a great birthday. Mazatlan was so beautiful. It reminded me of Hawaii, how tropical it was. We couldn' t have asked for better weather either. The ocean was awesome! Perfect temp to go swimming in and the waves were so huge, so we were able to go body surfing. It was so much fun, and a little scary, the waves would just toss you at the end and you would do flip after flip in the water and sometimes not know which way was up or down. But it was totally worth the adreneline rush. The people there were so nice, they were like family. Most had time shares from that resort and have been going there year after year for the past 20 years, so they were very welcoming. We would all talk, go out to dinner, and play water volleyball every day. It was a nice trip to get away and just enjoy life.

(Here's some pics from the July trip...I think I lost all my other pictures from Mexico??)
