About a month ago we went to the childrens museum with Breilyn's little friend Brendan. It was really a cute place, very fun for the kids and so many great "simple" ideas. Some of the favorite things were: the "noodle" forest, grocery store, pizzaria, and play house. I recommend it for your little ones.

Which Childrens Museum did you go to. I have been to the Mesa one, but it didn't look like that when I went about 3 years ago. Just wondering if they've changed it since then.
